At JacketLane.com we appreciate that your image is important and realize that many times this image is the first impression you make on others. We have developed our system to easily assist you in creating that impact. We do everything possible to help you put forth the best image possible. We accomplish this by offering the following options:
- Custom logo embroidery
- Individual personalization
You can even select up to two different embroidery locations for each order. This allows you to have both a custom logo as well as a personalization.

Custom Logo Embroidery
Basically, if you have a logo or electronic artwork and would like it embroidered on a garment all you need to do is get it to us and we will take it from there. We offer three different methods for you to get us your logo or electronic artwork:
- Upload up to three different images as part of the ordering process
- Use a logo or electronic artwork from a previous order
- Email your logo or electronic artwork to us at Service@JacketLane.com

Individual Personalization
If you do not have a logo or electronic artwork but would still like to have your wearables personalized we are ready to accommodate your needs. Personalization occurs in five easy steps:
- Select the location for your personalization
- Enter the text you want embroidered
- Select the font to use
- Select the size to use
- Select the thread color to use
You can have separate personalizations done for each individual item, or you can have every item in you cart personalized the same. You can even select up to two different embroidery locations for each order. The choices are almost limitless.

Combinations
Our order process allows you to embroider in up to two different locations. You can even combine a logo and a personalization on the same garment. Need to use logos in two different locations – no problem. How about using personalization in two different locations – no problem. Because we recognize that each customer has unique needs we have created our system to provide almost limitless choices.

Embroidery Suggestions
Creativity is easier than you think; you will be surprised at the impression you can make on friends, employees and potential customers. Simply follow along with the ordering process and you will have a great looking garment with your logo and/or individual personalizations in no time.
The majority of personalizations we see have the main logo or personalization on the left breast. Individual personalizations accompanying a logo are usually done on the right breast. We also see a lot of requests for embroidery on the sleeves and the back yoke. Feel free to experiment and come up with your own unique identity.

Embroidery Pricing
Our embroidery price structure is simple. If you want a logo embroidered in one location the cost is $5 per garment and includes up to 7500 stitches. We have found that most logos embroidered on the typical golf shirt are less than 7500 stitches so our structure accommodates 98% of all orders. Two examples of embroideries and stitch counts are as follows:
If your logo is exceptionally large we will be happy to accommodate you. Our fees for embroidery in excess of 7500 stitches are very reasonable and we provide quotes within 24 hours. In the rare event your designs are over 7500 stitches we will contact you immediately for your approval prior to proceeding with your order.

Digitizing
In order to embroider an image onto a garment the image must first be digitized into an embroidery format that our computerized embroidery machines can read. The digitizing of an image can be simple to very complicated depending on the size and the detail of the image. When an image is digitized, our experts use a digitizing computer program that assists in accurately converting your logo or electronic artwork into a system of stitches that the embroidery machine can read. Our embroidery and digitizing experts will ensure that your image looks excellent.
JacketLane.com personally directs its team of digitizes through this important process and charges a one-time fee of $25 for each logo or image we digitize. We waive this fee on all orders over 75 garments.
If you already have a logo digitized in DST format simply upload it during the ordering process and you will not be charged this fee.

We accept the following types of files:
- JPG
- GIF
- TIF
- Adobe Photoshop
- Corel Draw
- Adobe Illustrator
If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. If for some reason we can not work with the file(s) you have sent us we will notify you immediately.
Please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.
